On Gear Live: Samsung S95C: The OLED TV You Can’t Afford (to Ignore!)

After his wife Maria Shriver’s illegal cell phone usage on the road was publicly called out by TMZ, Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger quickly responded on his Twitter, “Thanks for bringing her violations to my attention. There’s going to be swift action.”

Who knew that “swift action” meant hiring a driver instead of simply buying a bluetooth! Well, at least that’s one less unemployed person in the state—well done, Governator.

I’m not sure what is more awkward here—- Tina Fey having to explain why it took her so long to have sex, or the fact that she was talking about sex…with David Letterman.

During last night’s Late Show broadcast, the star was presented an article written in Us Weekly about celebrities who lost their virginity at a later age. Unlike Victoria’s Secret model Adriana Lima (who waited until she was 27), the Emmy winner said her situation was not a choice. “Couldn’t give it away…couldn’t give it away,” Fey laughed.

Tina eventually married and had a child with the man - composer - who she first became intimate with. “That’s just good, Christian values,” Fey added. “Or bein’ homely.”

Michael JacksonHelen Harris-Scott just ran away with the Crazy Lawsuit of the Year award, suing the estate for $50 million. Considering the number of people popping out of the woodwork to posthumously sue the King of Pop, this in itself is not surprising. But just wait.

In the past, Helen Harris-Scott has accused Jackson of wiretapping her phone, placing tracking devices in her vehicle and hiring “organized criminals” to watch her. She also once said that Jackson communicated to her through his music. Let’s count the minutes until this suit gets thrown out of court.

Kate GosselinEverything that’s been going on thus far was merely a warm-up to the real Jon and Kate Gosselin war, which got underway this week in court. So far, Kate’s ahead thanks to a ruling made by Judge Arthur R. Tilson.

For now, Jon Gosselin has been ordered to return $180,000 of the $235,000 he’s withdrawn from the joint bank account. According to lawyer Mark Momjian, Jon has to pony up the dough by October 26. “As difficult as this has been for me, I am pleased that the court has ruled fairly on behalf of myself and my children,” said Kate.

Let’s just pause for a second and really think about the staggering sum of $235,000, an amount which many Americans don’t earn even two years’ of work. As a matter of fact, the average firefighter/EMT annually in 2003…and they save lives.

Tracy Morgan's I Am the New Black cover

This Thursday’s return of 30 Rock isn’t the only thing fans should be looking forward to. Next week’s release of the comedian’s new book, I Am the New Black, promises to give us more backstage group than the fictional NBC program could provide.

In the autobiography, Morgan talks about his years on Saturday Night Live and is more than candid about those he liked and disliked. Part of what can be heard on an audio recording of the book is apparently an ad-libbed version of what is on the page. Either way, you might not think about former late-night players Cheri Oteri and Chris Kattan the same way again.

Clive Owen on Details magazine

is not a “professional bulls*****r.”

The British actor was forced to reconsider his career choices when an outspoken taxi driver in Scotland criticized his work as an actor and labeled him an expert liar.

“I got in a cab in Glasgow years ago, and this quite surly cabdriver says to me, ‘You’re that actor, aren’t you? You get paid to lie, don’t you? That’s what actors are, aren’t they? Professional bulls*****rs.’ It had quite an effect on me. I f***ing get paid to lie… I walked out of there and I spent a bit of time thinking about it,” Owen told Details magazine.
